okay. so recently my fiance and I worked together, but we both quit our jobs. on Tuesday to be exact. and I already knew my job was causing me extreme anxiety. but I hadn't realized just how much. today I showered, fully, hair, shave, exfoliate, and all. even took my time. for the first time in a long time. I felt like I wasn't rushed to take at most 30 minutes to myself because I always had to get something done so we could go to work. almost an hour long shower. I know bad for the environment. I only wash my hair once a week because of the hair type. so I usually space everything out across the week. but it felt so good to just, do what I needed to do and take as long as I needed to.

Taking care of yourself is a beautiful thing. I’m glad you are making time for you. You are amazing. You deserve rest! ❤️
@LaurenG thank you! I had honestly gotten so bad that I'd go all week without realizing I hadn't showered. I worked in a warehouse so it didn't make much of a difference. But still. I even got to fix my eyebrows. 😅 They were creeping pretty close together lol
