Tired of Feeling Alone: Seeking Connection

I understand feeling lonely. For me, loneliness usually came when I forgot to care for myself. Feeling empty on the inside makes you crave more on the outside to fill the void. Look inside yourself. Find one thing that you like to do on your own that makes you happy. Do it often. Put every part of your self into it. no matter how it turns out, don’t judge it. Appreciate the process, not the result.
