Hello I'm a 22 year old female who was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia , I was wondering if anyone shared some of the same symptoms for one I constantly have this gnawing pain and randomly appearing rashes that started first on my right leg which has also been in pain for nearly two weeks. Do any of you have any good advice? I'm honestly tired of using pain medicine and at times it doesn't help much.

Hey! I’m a 20 year old female who also has Fibro. I have similar pain. The only rash I’ve been getting is eczema and it came out of nowhere. I’m definitely in the same boat. HMU

Hi! I absolutely love heat for my pain. I just signed up for a gym and I chose this one because they have a hot tub, sauna, and steam room. I’m so excited to try it! I know you’re tired of medications but have you tried marijuana? I have a medical card and it’s the best thing I’ve used to help pain. It works so well! I also just started ketamine infusions…not sure how it will work but if you’re interested I’ll let you know!

This really helps a lot you have no idea, yeah I figured meds do not work its kind of like a marco polo thing for me cold things irritate my body and will send it into a aching fit and hot things work for a short period of time before they also begin to irritate my body but I think balance is key, what you said makes plenty of sense I truly appreciate you even taking time to reply seriously ! ☺️✨❤️

So I've noticed that most pain medicine doesn't work. It has to do with your nerves. I've had it since I was a kid and I wasn't diagnosed until a couple years ago so I was constantly taking ibuprofen and now I just have an immunity to it... Try ice packs and hot pads... And try to move around. Everyone has a happy medium. You just have to learn to move around just enough so your body doesn't lock up but not enough to strain your body. It takes time but your life will feel a lot better once you do find it🥰
