Dealing with Dissociation: How Long Have You Been Struggling?

With love and self compassion.... I've had to deal with hating myself for years

i have dealt with it for around 8 years but didn’t realize that’s what it was until a few years ago since i was a kid most of the time

As long as I can remember 🙃 Would love to hear how those of y’all who developed the condition later in life compare your experiences pre/post onset!

since september, but i had episodes previously

almost a year now, it started happening after i took some pills and overdosed

Little over a year at this point

9 years that I can remember but my therapist thinks I've had it since childhood...
