Can anyone recommend ways to stay warm as someone with Raynaud’s and who really struggles to stay warm?? It’s got to the point where I’m wearing multiple layers and I look like a marshmallow!! Due to sensory issues, I really struggle wearing slippers/socks! TIA!

You can also get reusable hand warmers/feet warmers that you can put into your gloves or socks! (I use the throw away ones but you can get ones you recharge)

I got a wearable travel heating pad. It has been the best investment ever! It charges with a USB cord so I can charge it in the car and anywhere on the go.

Hey! I don’t actually know much about Raynaud’s (sorry!) but I do know how to stay warm as in someone with horrendous circulation that’s always out in the cold, have you tried the fur lined leggings from primark? I live in them! - also not fluffy socks but thermal socks, I also live in turtle necks (but usually get a size up so it’s not toooo tight)

@Moolies that is honestly a really good suggestion!! I didn’t even think of the leggings tbh! I’ll have a look for thermal socks as well! Thank you so much 🥰
