currently I am having issues listening to react instead of listening to learn as well as saying things that I know I didn't mean but just came out which I also think comes down to taking accountability for my actions with that in mind has anyone had these issues with a partner who also has ADD and if so what steps did you take to better yourself as not to damage your partnership further

Well, I haven't had a partner with ADD but I can talk you through some things I do. First, I try to think before I act. Ofcourse there are some hiccups, but it has been alot less annoying compared to the past. Second, if you are having difficulty remembering what to do in certain situations, write it down. Even it becomes unreadable, as long as you understand what it says
