Worried about my recurring thoughts of death

It’s called death anxiety I also have dreams like this it’s scary I have even woken up in tears it’s real scary and not a good feeling

It’s quite normal in bipolar but with the right medecine it helps to minimize those intrusive death thoughts. I struggle with the same!

I don't plan on doing anything I just don't know why I'm so used to it

Don’t do it. I’m there right now. But I know not to do it.
