I struggle with finding and keeping a job. I’ve had nervous breakdowns at the last two jobs I’ve had. I become more easily triggered under the stress and struggle to cope. I end up having to quit. Any job tips/ idea for PTSD?

Food / people services have sucked for me and my PTSD. I found farm work is nicer for me and my problems. I have a looser schedule, get more sunlight, barely interact with strangers. My “work day” would be 6am-10am and maybe sometimes an hour or two at dusk. Idk. It is much better for me than other jobs, and a lot less overwhelming or triggering.

My therapist referred me to vocational rehabilitation because I struggle to keep jobs. I can’t keep full time hours and often end up (after awhile) struggling with part time. I’ve only had a couple sessions of vocational rehab, but I’m optimistic. I’m unsure how popular it is or if there’s one near you, but maybe it could help! ❤️❤️

Good idea Jewels 👍🏻 I’ve always been in food industry under intense pressure. Remote would be awesome 💜

Would having an online remote job be better?
