I need your guys help. I’ve been in a depressive episode for 7 months now and I cannot get myself out. I’m in therapy and I’m on medication, but I’m still incredibly sad all the time. I need someone to talk to. I need reassurance that I’m not alone. I can’t keep doing all this alone.

depressive episodes can get hard. especially the longer they last. just try to do at least one thing every day. even if that one thing is showering. anything you accomplish is enough. no matter the size of it. you got this 💕

It's definitely tough, my messages are always open! I have been in my depressive episode since the year began - (home stuff got piled onto me and still are). Im glad I have a cause to it though because I know how hard it is when there is "no reason" to be depressed. I just want to let you know that you are very strong, and not alone! I'm open to talk if you'd like to talk to me ^^
