Struggling with Undiagnosed Anxiety

I'm in a similar situation but when I was little I got diagnosed no meds or anything I'm here if you ever wanna talk ik it's nice to have smb to talk to

Hi Rust. Your devices do not deserve the complete blame, but as a mom of a 14-year old boy, I believe they are part of the problem. Social skills are not taught anymore and Covid has not helped with this. The hard part is the devices isolate you to being alone on a screen, so being in a real social setting can cause great anxiety for some. There is no harm in having a chat with your doctor to discuss options. 🙂
