It really sucks when you are totally fine and then just randomly out of nowhere with no trigger...you get anxiety. feeling that rush through your chest and body not certain if it's going to turn into a full on anxiety attack or just be uncomfortable for a while. 😩 I feel like anxiety that happens without a cause is far worse feeling and harder to just deal with than when there is a trigger. Anyone else?

Yes! And it's so hard to explain ro other around you what's wrong too. I have the same issue :( When ever I'm having a bad anxiety attack I try to talk to myself like I would console a child, and its actually pretty helpful at times!

I get this cause I experience heighten sense of awareness and depersonalization. Constantly trying to understand the construct of my physical being. Which leads me to OCD tendencies touching my face, which I think used to be biting my finger which I do less and stuff. But having had a couple super bad panic attacks. It’s super disheartening and I feel like I’m falling into the abyss. Anyone else have this. I feel like I’m always walking on a tight rope of these feelings 😔

@Vada yeah I do the same thing I talk myself down. Tell myself there is no danger and we are fine...we are safe. We've had worse anxiety from triggers and we got through it so this is nothing. I do a body scan of how I feel I tell myself nothing is wrong and we just need to calm down and we will be fine. It does help most of the time. And I just have to wait it out until it goes away. Sometimes I feel totally normal after and others like tonight I feel uneasy and have still some mild anxiety 🤷🏽‍♀️
