@Brit2 so proud of you! Make sure to celebrate every bit of progress and even write down how you feel every time you do something that is difficult! I like to journal and if you write something like “I feel proud of myself today” you can always look back and remember how you felt in that moment! I struggle with anxiety too and I think it’s so important to celebrate your successes and that you are amazing!! ❤️
