I'm sorry you are going through that. It is so so hard and painful. I know you have probably seen and heard it before, but you do matter to people and some are positively impacted by your life. It may feel like that's not the case because depression makes your brain lie to you. Try to look for evidence to oppose what your brain tells you. It is hard and exhausting but you can build a habit of pushing back against depressive thoughts. Lastly, even if I don't know you, I am proud of you for reaching out. It's so scary and hopeless feeling but I swear you aren't alone on this rock
