Baby steps. Like others have said, determination to get up and do at least one or two things, and do them. If you feel like doing more, do it. If not, be happy with yourself for doing the things you did. I usually set a reminder on my phone each night to do a couple things the next day. Rarely do I have a day that I don't finish the few things on my list.

Is something harder to do do than said by far❤️ you definitely will have to push yourself everyday. Some days are better than others but in due time you will see your work being complete again 💪💋❤️

I take abilify in addition to my regular antidepressants when it seems like they're not enough and it seems to help. Maybe you should talk to your physician about adding it to your regimen.

On really bad days I just tell myself I'll do one or two things, despite how small they may seem. I try to give myself props for even accomplishing that. Sometimes that makes it easier for me to do more. Sometimes it doesn't, and then I know I've done my one or two things and I'm done for the day. Just tackling things one step at a time makes things a lot less overwhelming. But I understand how difficult it is.

Self determination. It takes a whole lot to get there sometimes. But you gotta take small steps. Make small goals for yourself throughout your day every day and make them bigger every week
