Tips for Coping with Agoraphobia

See I’m really trying to avoid medication, and I’m in therapy twice a week but I’m not making much progress :/ I have heard microdosing is really beneficial but I’m scared to try that as well 😂

Xanax definitely but I'm allergic so I'm on Klonopins which works great. See a psychiatrist.

A friend told me that life is basically exposure therapy. I have found that to be true.

Cognitive behavioral therepy, exposure therepy, and zoloft.

Xanax.

Exposure Therapy (sucky at times but generally helpful as heck in the long run) and Xanax my friend! Also mushrooms help me too...but if I’m tripping on a micro dose I’m just so much more open to going out. But hey, that’s just me! I hope this helps friend !!! 💚
