Advice on dealing with a distant platonic partner?

So I have a platonic partner and he recently hasn’t been talking to me as much as usual after we had a heartfelt serious conversation. Im scared to ask because I may be overreacting since my mental health disorders mess with my emotions. Does anyone have any tips/advice? (If you don’t want to give advice or anything you can comment your own similar situation or anything in general)

        @Lazerloopz Nope! Look up "queer platonic partner", it's different than friends, im friends with 2 qpp & can confirm it's different.

      I think communication is really important to me & if it is to you as well I'd probably ask him about it, be honest about your feelings & thoughts and they shouldn't react negatively, if they do then something else is wrong! They might just be busy lately or have a lot on their mind that has nothing to do with you, either way, it'll be good to talk about it, for both of you. . Good luck with whatever you decide to do!
