Depression Taking a Toll on My Physical Health

Could be one, could be the other, could be both! Doesn’t matter tho, give yourself some rest to figure it out. A lot of people are getting sick rn for sure tho

i feel you with that, it’s hard to differentiate the two especially when your in a depressed state. personally i get really bloated or nauseous when i have a bad episode. this might not work for you but i tend to close my eyes. Another thing i may do is, plan ahead of my day and give myself things to do in the day, things that might make me feel more excited about the future.
