Any tips for dealing with cold sores and mouth sores from Sjogrens? I get multiple at once, and they are so painful they wake me up at night and I can barely eat or drink. I've tried numbing cream, numbing gels, prescription strength prevention cream, meds like ibuprofen, drying them out, and traditional methods like ice. I'm having a really bad flare of this, help!

I always get sore throats easily from Sjogrens. I think the best solution is using a humidifier at night? It helps keep my mouth/nose/throat/eyes from drying out.

Hi, I suffer from shingles a lot! I’ve been told to take L-lysine for them. I believe it’s a high dose but I don’t know the exact dose? It’s supposed to prevent shingles and cold sores. 😊
