my psychiatrist finally gave me the Klonopin cuz its the only thing that works for my anxiety and my sleep. I have chronic pain and told her I would rather have sleep then pain relief. I guess she got the hint. I am still so tired but I know I have to get up and do things. She wants me to do behavioral sleep medicine and talk to someone who can help figure out why I don't sleep well at night and I already told her.

Yes I have tried a lot of things but Klonopin is what has helped me. And also I suffer from congenital nystagmus and when I'm on the Klonopin I actually can see better so my eye doctor is trying to get my psychiatrist to understand that it's actually medically necessary for me to have it

I can totally relate. Is the Klonopin working well for you? I’ve been on benzos for decades and tried them all. Valium actually works best for me for sleeping, muscle spasms, tinnitus, anxiety, etc.
That sounds like a smart plan. Have you tried cannabis for sleep & CBD for pain? Tinctures work best if you have digestive issues. Best of luck for decent, much needed rest.
