Looking for Advice on Fibroids Treatment

Interested if anyone with Fibroids have tried Acessa. I had the MRgFUS procedure last year but my 10cm fibroid has since grown so now it is 12cm. The focused ultrasound ablation only destroyed about 20 percent of the fibroid but I felt symptom relief anyway. I am about the radio frequency ablation aka Acessa, but I am still not ready for a hysterectomy so I am willing to do the procedure in March. My uterus is at a 16-18 week pregnancy size. Wondering what worked for other people. Just received a shot of Lupron that should work for three months and will hopefully shrink my fibroids so they can be ablated more easily during the upcoming Acessa procedure in March.
