Hello everyone! I had bad panic attacks last now and, it’s still lingering with airy ears, uneasiness in my chest ( tremors) blood pressure went up, etc. This only happens when I go to bed then it wakes me up. Very sad as I lost my mother and brother last month. Anyone experiencing or experienced these symptoms?
