      @Believeinyoself that’s the key, learning to retrain our brain. Therapy helps. You learn all sorts of techniques. Instead of negative thoughts, reframe them with something more positive.

      My blood pressure always spikes when I go to any doctor. They call it “White Coat”. What I did to prove to myself and my doctor that I didn’t have high blood pressure was to take it at home, morning and night. I found that in stressful moments or if I worried about it being high, It would spike. Overall, my blood pressure is fine. I still sorry about it a lot cause that’s what I do :(. My anxiety is due to health worries even though I’m healthy. Ugh! Anyway, the blood pressure monitor can be bought just about any store. I got mine off Amazon. I took it to my doctors office after 30 days of recordings.

        @Jen7cnewman anxiety has given me health anxiety - crazy but true. My BP also goes up with attacks. Re-learning how to re-train my brain.

          @Danii1111 me too, any fast food or salty foods can cause me to worry. Im sure from worrying about high blood pressure. I make most of my own food. Im trying to be kind to myself and enjoy food again.
