this is a weird question but for the past few days I've been twitching, like a lot. I didnt change any medicine so its not that. but my ankles, thighs, stomach, shoulders, just everywhere has been twitching every few seconds. any idea what could be causing this? and how do I stop it. (side note I have PTSD, anxiety, and I'm on my period if that matters)
