I suffer from water retention in my face, neck and hands. seems to be getting worse since starting levothyroxine.

Ask your doctor about natural desiccated medication -armor thyroid or NP .. .. you’re on a synthetic thyroid replacement and A lot of people do not do well on that.. with thyroid issues that we have it is best to never eat gluten or sugar and lower your carbohydrates .. hope the best for you!

Try a low carb diet. Dr. Eric Burg on YouTube does a very good explanation of the benefits of low carb and your thyroid. He has changed my life.
