Looking for a cure for severe dry eye

I do Restasis and pf free eye drops, warm compresses, lid scrubs, take an omega 3 supplement, and have a humidifier going while I sleep. I also do my best at limiting my screen time.

i was diagnosed with dry eye but i’m not sure if that’s right. My left eye is constantly blurry, I don’t have pain in it just constant blurriness… any ideas?

Systane drops, Walmart has them, do not get the ultra they don’t work as well. Also put rice in a clean sock tie it up and put in the microwave for a few minutes and lay on the eyes that helps. But the drops do wonders.

i’ve also used plugs, didnt help at all

I am allergic to Restasis. I am on xiidra along with dry eyes drops and a gel. Plus other things I have to do daily

I'm in restasis too, but the doctor just give me that. I have an appointment at the end of this month. And see.
