      If you’re bloated with painful gas, softly rubbing your abdomen clockwise (if you were to look at your abdomen and see a clock, it would be readable and not upside down to you if that makes sense) really helped me. Also taking digestive enzyme supplements helped me. Dunno why. I stopped needing them when my anxiety decreased significantly.

      Oh, I'm used to that. For me it started back in middle school and I wasn't diagnosed with anxiety till highschool. I missed a lot of days due to upset stomach caused by my anxiety. I've learned lavender scents help calm me down as well as eating something like peppermint candy. My go to is bob's peppermints which I typically buy off of Amazon. You can find them as little balls or sticks depending on what you want.
