Attending a Bipolar and Depression Support Group

@kindpolarbear I completed my evaluation and was diagnosed with BP2 almost 2 weeks ago, but I had been previously diagnosed with GAD, MDD, and ADHD. I hope to gain more insight and perspective. Many of the other attendees have been dealing with their mental health conditions for 5+ decades, so they had a wealth of knowledge and experiences to share. Even the younger attendees have wisdom to impart. What works for them on bad days, how they deal with triggers and emotions, etc. It's just so helpful to hear from others and share what's on my mind. Kind of like this app, but more personal I guess. I got vulnerable and shared my deepest fears, cried, got advice from people who suffer from similar circumstances... it felt very freeing.
