Struggling with Binge Eating and Guilt

Unfortunately a diagnosis might be harder to achieve since I’m not dangerously underweight or fit the diagnosis criteria for either disorders. Thank you though, I appreciate it a lot :)

It's like Feellicks said, it reads like binge eating. There could be other things but definitely bring that possibility to whoever is treating your psychiatric needs about the cycle you're mentioning. Hope you can get a diagnosis and treatment

to me that sounds like textbook binge eating disorder but I'm no doctor ! I'm in the same boat after years of restricting. I hope you can get the help you need !
