Hi there! I posted a week or 2 ago about how aweful Cymbalta was for me and all of the struggles and Just wanted to post an update for anyone feeling any semblance of what I felt. Withdrawls are completely gone! Things that I have done that are working for me: Going to the gym 3 or so times a week getting stronger is helping my overall pain, CBD from an actual cbd shop this is helping manage my daily pain without taking things like ibuprofen, massage therapy which hurts the day after on my surface skin but after that I feel much better, the chiropractor same as the massage. Some things I have noticed personally, my flare ups come harder and more frequently when I am having specific pain, so managing the stuff like my tense shoulders and my tmj really helps me flare up less often/severely. I have also noticed that getting off meds and trying to make a new plan is hard. No matter what you are doing to better your health, be patient with yourself!!! If you are doing anything, that is better than doing nothing. Remember to be kind to yourself!!

With my shoulders I found that taking cbd, before bed especially, and getting a massage once a month or so have really improved my quality of life a lot

Hi BuggyBee! I just saw your last post and I’m SO happy to see the change you’ve made in such a short time. This disease teaches us to listen to ourselves and this is the best medication in my opinion- do only what feels right for your body. Keep on going 💪🏽💪🏽

Hi buggybee! Thank you so much for the update, it’s great to hear from you and really important for me that you shared all the things that worked for you! How did you manage your tense shoulders? That’s a big issue for me as well
