How to Get Medical Staff Attention for Complex Health Issues?

how do you get medical staff attention when you have multiple medical problems that intertwine with each other but the specialties ignore the complexity of each EXCEPT for their own. For example recently diagnosed with 6 kidney stones ranging in size from 3 mm to 9 mm in the kidneys at the same time. and NO ONE could explore treatment or working together except the Nephrologists. I am on dialysis but all the nephritis does when he visits in the clinic with all patients (hippa is out the window), tells you while lying on the lounge chair labs are okay not much else.
