I don’t think dysautonomia affects ferratin or iron levels. Anemia or hemochromatosis can cause similar symptoms, but the normal range shouldn’t change. When you get your blood testing a doctor should interpret the results with you but between for males, 24 to 336 micrograms per liter and for females, 11 to 307 micrograms per liter.
