I started Victoza in October of 2021 for my MODY diabetes, and it worked really well (though it made me nauseous) for both my glucose and my appetite. I lost about 25lbs on Victoza until 2 or 3 months ago when the appetite suppressant part of it wore off, and now I eat more than ever and it's upsetting. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know why? Also, can anyone recommend what to ask my doctor for weight loss and/or any OTC appetite suppressants?

They've done something to the formula for sure I've been taking it sense 2016 and this last few batches I have gotten I can't seem to tolerate my usual dose... my stomach begin to burn bad and I have a massive headache. I'm calling my doctor tomorrow to find out what to do. I don't know of anything for appetite suppression..I just slowly started making myself eat less, like when I'm headed to the kitchen I ask myself are you really hunger or just bored or are you thrist? Most of the time in the past it was boredom.. now I stick to my 1200 calories and I'm good. I will admit from time to time I eat a little more 🤗. Try adding more fiber to your diet and more water. Check the carb count on your food. I use truvia if something calls for sugar.. I eat special k or raisin bran or oatmeal these really help me stay full. And I use my air fryer a lot. I hope this helps. ❤️
