If you're unable to get a zofran prescription (nothing is as good as zofran but ik it can be hard to get your hands on), Meclizine helps, it will also help with the dizziness alittle. "Preggy pops", the lollipops that pregnant women suck on are good in a pinch. Also try sniffing an alcohol pad for a few seconds, for some reason it helps with nausea. Good luck!
Zofran or Promethazine

One suggestion for dealing with nausea is to take anti-nausea medication like Zofran. For dizziness, it's important to stay hydrated and rest. However, it's best to consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice and treatment options.
