does anyone ever feel like your thoughts are going million miles a minute, tangled with so many emotions? someone asks "what's wrong?" I genuinely don't know because I can't put my finger on just one. I cry then get mad cuz I'm crying... familiar to anyone?

This is more common that I would like to admit. It's very frustrating.... and most of the time people just make it worse, they ask question to try and narrow it down but for me it jeuy makes it worse u til I have a complete meltdown and can't function

yes. especially recently. i think i’ve actually been basically deciding what i’m upset about when i really don’t know instead of just accepting that i’m upset and it’s not nothing and it’s okay that i can’t pinpoint why. it’s a hard feeling. for sure.

it’s like i have to justify why i’m upset to myself even though i thought i believed that it’s okay to be upset and not know exactly why. it’s incredibly frustrating and upsetting.

I have adhd bipolar 2 and c- ptsd I get these feelings all the time . And my fiancé will ask me what’s wrong and I’ll tell him I don’t know…. Then he starts trying to figure it out but then I start to get bitchy and then he says I’m only trying to help… and I know he truly is… I just need to be left alone in those moments.. just let me figure it
