Tomorrow I have an appointment to see a rheumatologist. I haven’t saw one in 6 years & when I went back then I only had 1 visit. (I was told I had fibromyalgia and I would be fine since it wasn’t progressive)… which leads me to tomorrow’s visit. What should I ask this doctor regarding how I feel? Should I ask about any other possible conditions that could be causing my symptoms old & new? I always feel like I leave important things out at doctor visits so should I type up all of the symptoms in my phone or write it out or what.. im just trying to make sure I don’t forget ANYTHING! Any advice will be helpful 💜

I always go to my doctors appointments with a notepad of questions I may have, meds I’m on currently, symptoms I’m having, basically anything that’s gonna be useful to me and them.
The best advice I can give is not a question for the doctor, but rather don't let them push you into anything that you don't want to do! Do your own research on any medications, and If you decide to take anything the doctor prescribes, keep in contact with him/her and let them know how you are feeling! They may need to adjust or stop something! If you're not having any emergency situations I would look into natural ways of healing and herbs such as Moringa, Tumeric, Ginger, Olive Leaf, Cat's Claw, or Devil's Claw to name a small few.

Ask questions like is how I'm feeling normal due to having fibromyalgia? Is it some ways that I can contain it? And any questions of things that concerns you. Write your symptoms on a peice of paper and bring it with you and read it to the doctor that would most likely type it in their computer. Happy Easter good luck!
