I have been feeling the same way! I see a holistic psychiatrist and she recommended taking magnesium supplements (the brand I use is Natural Vitality Calm Gummies or Doctors Best High Absorption Magnesium pills) and lavender oil supplements (the brand is Nature’s Way CalmAid) to keep me feeling calmer throughout the day. I began taking them for severe anxiety and they aren’t like the secret to having 0 anxiety but it does help a little. If anything I’d definitely recommend magnesium and trying to incorporate magnesium in your diet as best as you can. The body under stress burns through magnesium like crazy so its helpful to try to get more of it daily!

If the meds help don’t feel embarrassed of doing what’s best for you but if you don’t like them there’s nothing wrong with finding more natural ways

@BbyBlue I’ve been trying to find out what would be a more natural/helpful way without medication and still nothing, any tips :/
