Looking for Medicine Recommendations

I did duloxetine (Cymbalta) for seven or eight years, just finished weaning off it, and it worked while it worked. Now I'm on gabapentin for fibro pain, plus trazodone for a sleep aid (which gabapentin also helps with) and sertraline (Zoloft) for anxiety, OCD, and depression (gabapentin also helps with depression; sertraline is also prescribed for fibromyalgia, so there's a lot of crossover here). So far it's been very effective for me.

I'm on a cocktail: duloxetine, gabapentin, cyclobenzaprine, Meloxicam, and medical marijuana.

Duloxetine worked great for my fibro. Stopped working for my depression though. Now I'm looking for something else.
