I understand how you feel. I feel like my heightened emotions make me manipulative. I feel so awful whenever my emotions get outta control

Once I went to therapy it seemed to help me a lot. I always thought I was some sort of freak that no one would want to talk to because of my rage episodes. Turns out I just needed better communication skills

Medication helped me so much. Once we finally found the right meds, at least.
