Vent post I really think I need to be evaluated for Bipolar 2 Disorder… and only one person is validating me in that. I feel very frustrated. Any tips on bringing this up at my next therapy and/or next psychiatrist appointment?

Maybe find a good online resource of symptoms, print it out, highlight ones that you feel match to you and then bring that in and ask them that you feel this is a legit concern and would like to be properly tested
