Need advice on fainting and sinus tachycardia

Hello! I have sinus tachycardia, specifically AVNRT. My doctor diagnosed me with Vasovagal syncope about 3 years ago when she took into consideration the symptoms I was having — such as, fainting due to sight of blood, injury, and prolonged standing. For me, she said there is really no “cure” — I just have to avoid my “triggers” like I listed above. It’s a hard thing to deal with on a daily basis. I hope you can get something figured out!
