There are apps and you can set reminders for specific medications and you have to physically go in the app and say that you took it

If you have a pet, give them a treat when your supposed to take your meds, and put your meds near the treats (preferably where you'd have to move them to get the treats)... you might forget, but your pet will not (especially if you have a cat... XD)

I have a really pretty rainbow-coloured mess organiser with removable sections which helps a lot, not perfect but definitely an improvement. I try to fill it once a week so most of the effort is done at once.

I use the pill reminder app, I'd forget if I didnt have that app.. Also if you've got extra pills put some in differnt rooms or in different coats/bags.. means you will always have them on you when the alarm goes

Having a cute pill case with maybe a fidget or something interesting to play with could help also having it multiple times in the day and reminders on your phone

this may be strange, but a gumball machine and a PEZ toy dispenser work for me it’s like a game, and having a notification on my phone

iPhone has a medication reminder feature in the Health app. I use it and I find it very helpful.

soemthing that helps me to remember to take them is to make a note of it somewhere that you’ll see it!! maybe by a door, or on ur refrigerator, or on a coffee machine if u have coffee every day, just somewhere you’ll see it everyday. another thing that helps me remember to take it, and this also helps keep track of if like if i can’t remember if i took it that day or not is one of those pill holders that have a slot for each day of the week!! and i also have a note in my phone where i enter the times i take my meds at everyday, since i need to keep track of the time so i don’t take them too close to the day before!!

I’ve just switched to ones I have to take at different times instead of once a day, I’m thinking I’ll set alarms on my phone! I’ve also got a little organiser to put my days worth of pills in so I’ll take that out with me :)
