I seem to have only one alter left after therapy. their name is jelly. she is a 6 year old. I haven't really dissociated in a long time, it's been months now, and before that incident it had been years. I don't know who takes over or what happens when I dissociate, but it's always been different with jelly. she's the only one I can hear in my head and talks to me. she mostly cries or screams and i have to try to calm her down. the last time she was in my head crying i had a male voice tell me it was all my fault and i needed to go to therapy and get us some help. I still haven't and i don't know what I'll tell my therapist. it's been a while since they told me that too, maybe a month or two ago. I don't know if there being another voice means im regressing but I'm scared. I don't know what to do

I also can help. I have a little and she cries constantly. There are things that I have done to help.

Please know that I am very inexperienced myself, but if you feel comfortable with it I can weigh in. I'm not sure if it'll help, but I'd love to at least alleviate some stress or answer questions regarding what you're going through.
We used to have a little who cried a lot too. He's gotten better since beginning to front around a safe person. Wonder if Jelly can front and talk to someone you are comfortable with? Not sure if that's an option for you but figured I'd mention it!
