I have been dealing with heart palipitations for many years, some days are better than others and I have had my heart checked and everything is fine. Does anyone else have these? I've tried everything to help lessen these palipitations to no avail. Any advice would be appreciated.

@beingnotseeming I've had pots symptoms basically my whole life, I was tested for it when I was a teenager and they did a tilt table test, and said everything is fine. My heart always looks fine too. I think I need to get checked again for it though. I have always been dizzy when standing and feel faint a lot. I also have a hard time standing in one place for very long. I'm going to mention it to my doctor at my next appointment.

I have them as well. I literally have anxiety about the palpitations. Which makes everything so much worse. My heart has been checked and deemed healthy as well. They put me on anxiety meds which did lessen the attacks but I still have them. I have tried cutting out caffeine entirely, not eating two hours before bedtime, exercising, prayer. Meditation and everything else that was recommended to me by doctors and individuals alike. Some of these do help slightly but even while doing all of them I was still having the palpitations which they say are from anxiety. So I figured that I might as well have my coffee everyday like I normally did if I am going to experience these anyway.
@Hemi Wow I'm in the same situation as you, I cut out caffeine completely. Changed my eating habits, I go for walks everyday to try and exercise and have done everything the doctors have suggested and I still get them. I finally just said oh well and started drinking my coffee and tea again too, might as well enjoy what I like since I'm getting the palipitations anyway š.
Do you experience any POTS symptoms? It doesnāt show on standard heart tests I got a tilt table to get it diagnosed. Heart palpitations are major symptom for me and I had several doctors try and blame it solely on anxiety. POTS aside tho anxiety itself does give me palpitations as well
@beingnotseeming I agree!! They should test for POTS or ask about it too just to see
Have them too, it's not a pleasant feeling and just makes me more anxious :/
@JuniperJune Ir really does š„
Oh for sure, I have them and the doctor said i was fine (got echo and everything, I have another condition that can cause this) and some palpitations arenāt shown on an echo and only found in specific conditions so they can give you something that tracks your heart for multiple days that may find something.
@randochikn I've also had an Echo, and a Ekg, I've also had a 24 hour Holter Monitor. All my tests come back normal, but I still have palipitations every day.
