hey there! I recently had 2 new diagnoses added to my already extensive list of ailments. I'm getting so overwhelmed with what appears to be my body retaliating against me!

      You have to try your best to stay physical. if you don't meditate, now is the time to learn. Get some relaxing playlists and audiobooks. Keep notes of the effects you notice with different meds, some of them will cause more pain. List everything about your body that changes (pain in New places, vision changes - your gate(how you walk), everything.

        @fleshpit I'm 12 years in and i can tell you don't push your body too hard, cause that's going to make it progress faster. You know pain meds make you forget the pain and makes you feel like you can do things like go back to work, that was My biggest mistake. I managed to last a full year but now I'm a fall risk because my left leg doesn't fully operate like it should. Please do everything you can to help you body last longer.

          @fleshpit I'm trying my best! I am determined to not let this disease run my life! I just have more learning how to live again to do!

        @fleshpit yup! I keep a 3-ring binder with all my info and daily activities, food intake etc.... on several occasions I was able to look back and determine a pattern that flared up pain. So, I stopped that activity/food etc.... it truly is a lifeline once you get used to Journaling your day
