      Coping skill that works for you. Google coping skills. Some people meditate. I distract my self with tv shows and movies. Playing games on my phone. Journaling out my feelings. I bake sometimes. Cuddle my dog. Its just takes time to find out what works for you. Its hard and frustrating but in time it helps.
