    This is going to sound hokey but it actually works. My therapist had me freeze and orange. And then when I experience these, she has me get the orange or a loved one to get it for me if I can’t. I’m you just hold it. Feel the cold in your hands. The textures. It’s a grounding technique. It helps to bring you back to the present moment of reality. I was very skeptical and was like… this is what I’m paying for?? Lol but it works. I’d love to know if you try it whether or not it also works for you.
