    Getting outside helps me. Or even just opening a window for sunshine/fresh air. 5-10 mins can make a difference even if you don’t do much else today 💕

    I’ve been like this a lot lately too. I’m sorry that you are feeling like this! Music helps me a lot. I’m a big 90s fan and I find that blasting that music helps. I’ve also been taking time to open my windows or go outside during the day. Hope this helps!
