Energy drinks and alcohol!! I've noticed that Coffee and tea caffeine in low quantities is ok. Alcohol can make you paranoid; which makes sense because alcohol can be an mind altering substance. It really depends on you and how you react.

Caffeine and other products that can increase heart rate. I used to be an avid coffee and energy drink drinker, but had to stop after I overdosed one day. After that scare, I greatly slowed down and began noticing I wasn't nearly as jittery and on-edge as before. I now allow myself one energy drink a year and I go for decaf coffee.
