    Yes, and then when I go to the doctor they say I'm fine and should just excerise more. but I know there's something actually wrong and it's just so frustrating. Starting to think it's some kind of chronic condition

    I started writing down how I feel. Like a health journal to see if there are patterns. To help me understand what helps and what doesn't work. Looking things up all the time I use to do that. Now I look at natural ways to cure my issues. Life changing for me. I no longer feel like a victim with 1 more health issue. I'm tired of having all these new diagnosis and no answers. So I now am looking for natural cures to my issues. Crazy how much my life has changed in 2 months. Healthcare system is broken. People are dying because we believed there lies. No more... Season for healing is what I'm focusing on. Yes I still look up symptoms but I realize most of diseases are caused by inflammation in our bodies. So that's were I began.Let me know what you think πŸ€”

    Yah it can be fustrating like these doctors went to school how long and don't know what I have . Unfortunately lots of symptoms of runny nose and cough can be a lot of things. Also humans are always being made so doctors are always discovering something new. But yes I believe we have issues in our bodies because of the food we eat I mean it has crap it in that's made in a lab or something .

      I hate when the doctors just give you medicine and hope everything goes away I don't like taking medicine and you are so right about the food. Alot of it can cause anxiety.

    I used to do that too. Sometimes I still do it. The best thing is to try to eat better, exercise and take vitamins. It will take time but it works. Alot of the food have chemicals that can cause anxiety. Hope this helps.

    I’ve learned never to google any symptoms or when I talk to friends or others about my issues and they say I have this or that I have a co Siri on my brain is like you have this before getting tested or talking to my doctor so I learned hard way never take google results or friends and family results to heart just as suggestions to discuss as possibilities with my doctor.

    Yes! This is me all the way!!! When my anxiety got worse fast, I was googling every symptoms and then freaking out. I thought my Dr Totally must think I'm a hypochondriac, but she was the one that told me there is such a thing as "Health Anxiety" (and at that time, I had it) so now, I try my hardest to not Google anything. Sometimes though, you have to be your own advocate
