You could try meditation to help clear your kind when you wake up by grounding yourself and focusing on your surroundings? I understand how you feel when it happens to be, but I often donāt remember my dreams due to suppression therapy (bad move by the therapist bc I have memory problems now as itās a habit to suppress everything now). Iāve unintentionally tormented roommates when I scream from night terrors, which started after the incident that gave me ptsd.
@Akashiva Mind, not kind. Autocorrect, apologies.
I know exactly what thatās like. God, it sucks. I donāt really have any advice when it comes to making it stop, but maybe I could suggest tea before bed (I am not a tea person but I work at Starbucks and my coworker got me hooked on Mint Majesty and that always makes me calm down enough to even sleep well)? I hope things get easier for you soon. Remember youāre loved <3
Same. CPTSD is one of my worst diagnoses!
